Given your contributions we have surpassed our projected fundraising goals in ticket sales and are eager to start celebrating this achievement together! But, before we pump up the volume and rock the party, here are the TOP 5 THINGS TO KNOW before arriving (trust us, you'll want to pay attention to this):
#1: Attire is cocktail/lounge; coat check will be available
#2: Arrive early to avoid lines; if you 'bought as a group' then 'arrive as a group'
#3. Bring a valid ID to match your ticket
#4. Print out the ticket if you bought your ticket second hand from someone NOT attending

Join the American India Foundation Bay Area Young Professionals Chapter on the night of Friday, November 30th for its kickoff event of the year, "Cocktails for a Cause"!
It will be a night to socialize with other young professionals in the Bay Area while drinking and dancing at one of San Francisco's most gorgeous and renowned art galleries, 111 Minna. All proceeds from the event will go to our selected initiative for the year, Digital Equalizer, a program to advance the use of technology to empower, engage, and educate India's under-served children. About Digital Equalizer
AIF's Digital Equalizer (DE) program is a computer-aided learning program that is bridging the education and digital divide in India and preparing tens of thousands of children to compete in the digital economy. Targeting children in grades 6 and above, AIF supports a DE school for 3 years and prepares it for self-sufficiency after this period.
DE imparts computer and internet education to subject teachers and students through project-based learning techniques. The program is tightly integrated with the school curriculum, thereby improving subject matter expertise through the use of technology. DE has covered 27,000 teachers and 800,000 children in 2,077 schools across India.
